Ms JoCinda made our day onset possible and easy!!! I had schedule conflicts with work and a shoot my daughter booked.... Momager stepped in with smooth, timely communication (asked questions that I hadn’t thought of). My daughter hit it off with her easily and was able to confidently be onset without out my presence. This first go we meet near the shoot location but next time we will probably also use her pick up and drop off service. JoCinda is the BEST of the BEST!!! I have never used her service, but have heard very good things about her until the other... day, we had a last minute in-person audition when I was out of town. We were ready to turn down the audition, but I decided to call/text JoCinda. She returned my text promptly, let me know all the information right away, and picked up my daughter from school and to the audition and back home. She did not once complain or hesitate about the distance (my daughter's school is in OC so she drove from LA to OC back to LA and back to OC and back to LA.....). My daughter LOVED her said she was such a nice person and still keeps talking about how much fun she had with her & how awesome she was 🙂 I think that says it all. If there was ever a superhero in a cape that came to the aid of set mom's everywhere, Momager On-Set would be IT! My son... booked a big role, but the permit office was taking FOREVER to process his permit. I ended up having to get a 10-Day permit just so he could film that week. Then I turned to Momager On-Set for help and within 2 days I got his permit. HELLO.... LIFESAVER!! Momager On-Set is a GODSEND!! Seriously, I don't know how my son would've been able to keep filming if it wasn't for Momager On-Set. I had to get a Work Permit for my son and I figured I could walk into the office and get one (same day service)…I’ve been... out of LA for about 6months and didn’t realize the office was shut down permanently. So, now I’m scrambling. I live in another state and I’ve taken the online route (if you have, as well, you know it takes 110 weeks ?). I was told Ms. Jocinda could help, so I contacted her and had that WP approved in a few days; it would have been the next day, but it wasn’t expired, yet. I was super stressed out to not have my son's permit on time for the job he had booked because since... covid-19 there is so much delay that the wait to get your permit is over 2 months now. Wow!!! JoCinda is THE BEST!!!! We had applied for permit renewal 7/7 ( plenty of time) Johnny Booked a job Friday 7/31 to... shoot 8/4-8/7 and his permit expires 8/5! I at that point started going CRAZY!! Emailing the permit office and voicemails! Thankfully I was given JoCindas Information and she kept me calm and was Comforting. I got the Approved Permit 8/1 first thing in the morning !!!! Holly cow! WOW! Amazed on how fast I got my daughter’s Work Permit! I had to resubmit her work permit a couple of times because I... didn’t have her latest report card. I finally found it and uploaded it about a month ago and I hadn’t received her approval, because she has a job this Friday I decided to ask her for an expedited work permit and I received an email from the DRI with her renewed Work Permit within 10 minutes!!!
