- Momager On-Set is a boutique concierge service that supports families working in the entertainment industry. My goal is to assist the parent and support the child performer!
- I am a mother of 2, a son and daughter. My daughter has been acting since 2008, and has toured the country in the musical Annie, and had be seen on several TV shows such as: Liv & Maddie, Austin & Ally, Stuck in the Middle, The Fosters, Criminal Minds, Christmas Everlasting and Mad About You just to name a few. My son is a graduate of Hollywood High and pursing his degree in Culinary Arts.
- I have been on numerous set’s and have driven to countless audition locations. I will care for your children as I would my own. I have had a background check and I have my child performer service permit (CPS) and a passport.
- I can pick up your child from school. My name will need to be added to your child’s authorized pick up list and/or a letter will need to be sent to school with the child the day.
- I will be in constant communication while working with your child. If allowed, I will capture the moment by taking photos on set with celebrities and/or production for your child’s personal use. I have set etiquette and will only do so after getting approval.
- My rates for Set Sitting or Audition Driving are $25.00 an hour. I do not charge for mileage within the Hollywood and Santa Monica studios and auditions zones. I have a 3-hour minimum for set-sitting and a 2-hour minimum for audition runs.
- I cannot hold a date, I can let you know if I am booked or not, but I do need to take the first confirmed booking for each day. Should you need to hold the date, a $50 deposit is required.
- I do need to know all required stops or drop offs, before confirming the booking.
- I can fill out and/or forward any contracts that are given on set. All paperwork will be handled with the up most confidentiality and never shared with anyone.
- If I am traveling outside of the Hollywood/Los Angeles/Santa Monica audition Zones, the outside of audition zone areas which include Lancaster, Orange County, South Bay etc. You can contact me for more information.
- For set-sitting: time starts when I arrive and when I leave the set, UNLESS I’m hired to transport your child home or bring them to set.
- My 24-hour day rate for on location travel shoot per 24hours is $250 plus any normal travel related expenses (Parking, flights, etc.). This is based on availability.
- After confirming a booking, I will need an email of either the audition notice from your agent, or the call sheet. I can be booked for multiple days or weeks. Please call for more information.
- My primary services including driving to auditions, set sitting, same day transportation and sitting at entertainment related acting classes, industry Consultation and Prepping/Coaching for auditions.
- Cancelations: Must be done within a 24-hour period. If not, a $50 fee will be required.
- Accepted forms of payment: Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Google Pay, Zelle and Cash
